Given below is the PMD component Pad sizes, whose spacing between pins are 100mil.

The only available data is pin diameter i.e. d
Pin diameter = d
The remaining values are calculated using the formulae shown below:

Hole diameter = d’
                      = d + 0.1mm
                      = d + 4mil
Pad diameter = D
                     = d’ + 20mil
                     = d + 24mil
Mask diameter= D’
                      = D + 10mil
                      = d’ + 30mil
                      = d + 34mil D

Tolerance = (+)(-)10%
