Step1: Invoke pad stack editor from Library editor and create new padstack Step2: Untick the create HRF items shown in the New Padstack window and make the padstack with required pad values Step3: Click on the Create graphic item and select Create HRF pad Step4:Select the graphic item like rectangle, line etc from Create graphic item and draw the HRF pad as per your requirement Step5: By using HRF pad property window ,you can change the Line width also
